Heroes Comics is proud to present the Marin County Collection!
This exceptional original owner collection of 4,214 Silver Age comic books was amassed by two brothers, from 1960 to 1969, and includes near complete runs of all superhero/adventure/sci-fi titles published during that time period by Marvel, DC, Charlton, Archie Publications, Dell, and Gold Key.
Even at an early age, the boys took great care with their comics and kept them in pristine condition. When the boys moved out on their own, the books were carefully stored in the attic, wrapped in plastic garbage bags, and placed inside apple boxes. This environment kept the books remarkably well preserved, and the comics in this collection exhibit outstanding color and gloss, as well as beautiful WHITE PAGES. The average grade of the books in this collection ranges from Very Fine to Near Mint condition.
