If the item is lost or damaged, Heroes will do all we can in terms of working with the post office, providing information, filing paperwork, etc. so that you can recover your loss. However, you are the party bearing the risk, and we do not refund your payment then collect the insurance. We will do what we can to help you collect the insurance.

Before buying, please ask questions and study the scans for issues of concern to you. Any piece can be returned for any reason within 7 days, and Heroes will refund 90% of the price. Shipping and insurance are not refunded. If the description and scans of a piece have significant errors, the piece can be returned within 7 days for a full refund including shipping and insurance. Please note that we do not always note all aspects of condition in the text description of the piece, nor do we always note things such as panels taped up from the back, use of zip, or other common practices of creating original comic art. We don't consider these kinds of things to be condition issues, and these kinds of omissions do not qualify as significant errors in the description.
